Some waste will eventually rot, but not all, and in the process it may smell, or generate methane gas, which is explosive and contributes to the greenhouse effect. Leachate produced as waste decomposes may cause pollution.

Keeps the environment clean and fresh:

Perhaps, the greatest advantage of waste management is keeping the environment fresh and neat. These waste disposal units also make the people go disease-free as all the resultant wastes are properly disposed and taken care of. 

After 50year when I will see my community it will look clean and beautiful I will proud of my self but if it's success because in that I need support of athers  .
